The 'Women in the NHS' movement seeks to give a voice to under-represented and inspiring women in UK healthcare. We're celebrating the unsung heroes.

Women make up 77% of the NHS workforce, rising to 90% for nurses. During the pandemic, we clapped for them. Now it's time to find out who these women really are.

At 'Women in the NHS' we want to:

• give under-represented women a voice;

• shine a light on inspiring women in UK healthcare;

• showcase the work of women in UK healthcare;

• promote inclusion.
